The following pictures are taken of a custom handcrafted log home that was built by Bullock & Company, Master Craftsmen. Tim Bullock built this home out of Northern White Pine, and this is an excellent example of a variation from a famous design named Gideon's Cabin.

The original design was done with log on the main floor and timberframe on the upper level, and all 4 gables were the same size. Marcia had Tim modify the design to lower 2 of the gables to give a bit more symmetry, and it turned into a wonderful design. She also enlarged the floor plan to a 40'x40' layout, where the original Gideon's Cabin was a 34'x34' layout, as well as making some modifications to the location of the kitchen.

The owner, being an artist, uses the loft for her studio, and what a wonderful studio it is. It gives the feeling of creating art from the top of the world, and the floor plan is very open, with a light and airy feeling inside.

From the moment I saw Isabella, I knew that Tim Bullock was the craftsman that would build my log home for me. My search has ended. After more than 2 years and about a half ton of log home magazines, I've found a definite craftsman to build a log home for me. I plan to use timberframe for the upper level, as the original Gideon's Cabin was designed. This home makes me ponder if all log isn't a good way to go though, it is certainly a wonderful design. The massive logs along with the 11' main floor walls make this home overwhelming to just stand inside. Isabella, she's a true work of art!

The following pictures are taken of a terrific restaurant close to where the home was built. Tim Bullock is rumored to have taken up residence inside this building for a good portion of the time he was re-assembling the logwork. You can select to cook your own food over the coals for a reduced rate! 'The Willo' rocks!
