Cooking Class Information

Classes are currently taught in Japanese. This is mostly
because it has been intended that these classes would benifit
the Japanese community around the South Bay area of California.

The classes currently meet in West San Jose.

Junko gives cooking classes, with the dates spread out over
the month. These classes need prior reservation. There is
a limit of 8 students per class so that each student gets
enough hand-on experience to feel comfortable cooking the
menu at their own home.

The cost of the classes are $30 which includes aproximately
2 hours of instruction of hands-on preparation, as well as
a lunch to enjoy the food which was prepared.

reserve space in a class which is convenient for you to attend.
